Rigth At Home In Home Care Assistance
Answers telephone, takes inquiries, directs calls and takes messages. Receives after hours telephone calls taking inquiries and requests for staff from client facilities or messages using good telephone technique.
• Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner.
• Data entry of all new clients, prospective clients, associates and vendors.
• Assists with recruiting of employees and clients such as tracking and data entry for the Office Manager or Owner.
• Handles incoming/outgoing mail.
• Prepares new hire packets, new client homecare record books, and client information packets as needed.
• Distributes weekly payroll checks to associates.
• Keeps office supply inventory and requests supplies as needed.
• Schedules facilities with appropriate associates, making all follow through calls necessary to produce and effective, smooth flowing schedule.
• Communicates continually with the associates and clients to evaluate service.
• Responds promptly and courteously to all client’s calls.
• Serves as a liaison between associates and the Office Manager.
• Performs on-call coordinator duties as needed.
• Assists with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.

• Takes initial homecare information per company policy securing all needed information.
• Under the direction of the Owner or Office Manager, schedules after hours open shifts with
appropriate associates, making all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule.
• Forwards after hours calls of a clinical or emergency nature to the Owners.
• Maintains a written log of all telephone communications.
• Gives verbal report to the office by at least 8:00 a.m. next business day regarding on-call activities.
• Maintains on-call availability and contact with the answering service.
• Attends appropriate office meetings.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Owners and Office Manager
